Virtual PSF classes are Power Sculpt workouts that you can do anywhere! Since 2020, I have taught over 3,500 Virtual PSF classes!
Every day 2-4 new workouts are posted, ranging from 10-30 minutes each (60 minutes total/day). Classes are thoughtfully designed to coordinate together or to do separately!
Every day at least 1-30 minute class is posted (i.e. Sculpt & Tone, 3-2-1 Sculpt, Tabata Challenge, Simply Strength, etc.)
PLUS 2-3 other classes that are specialty. Some examples: Ab Blast, Barre Burn, Kickbox, Arm Definition, Yoga, Booty Blast, HIIT Pilates, Chisel & MANY more!)
Classes are posted for a minimum of 24 hours but most of the time 48 hours (so you will always have access to 6-8 classes every day!)
All workouts are live-streamed or posted within our PRIVATE Instagram account. After you subscribe, request to follow @virtualpsf on Instagram for unlimited access!
Class schedules are posted within the private account as well as recipes, fitness tips, nutrition info & motivation! We host challenges all of the time - it's a GREAT way to stay on track!
Many classes do not use any equipment at all! If you have dumbbells (ideally 2s, 5s & 10s) you can do most all workouts. A BOSU is a plus but not required! Yellow & green tubes are good to have along with a playground ball but again not necessary.
