Each month will have 2 designs one that chosen by you guys and another thats chosen by me.  Best thing about Patreon is you don’t have to be committed each month. You can cancel at any time or lower yourself down to cheaper tier if you wish to. Production Details: Production will work a lot like Preorders at first. Once we have the voting and designs done I'll get the designs to the factory and then it will take usually a month to two to get them made.  Shipping Details: Aiming to have exclusive bubble mailer or box for the items each month Shipping to the US: 2-7 business days Shipping to Canada: 2-10 business days Shipping International: 5-25 business days About the pin: All designs on Patreon will most likely be Hard Enamel Ranging from 2 inches to 3 inches Depending on the design depends on the different accents it might have like glitter, pearl and so on. A: Blastbolt is an independently-owned brand, due to the high volume of orders, I work on getting orders packed and shipped out as soon as possible but delays do happen from time to time. I try to ship 2 to 3 days a week. Q: Do you accept returns? A: All sales are final! I do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the pin that was missed or damaged on the way to you. When should I expect it? A: Due to the coronavirus pandemic delays, I cannot provide pinpoint accuracy on when pre-ordered items would arrive to us and then be shipped afterwards. However, I can give you a guestimate. Usually pin orders take from 1-2 full months to fulfill by the manufacturers depending on details and quantity. They would then take anywhere between 1-2 weeks with delay normally before they get to me and then we have to grade them, so that can take about 3-5 days before we start creating labels to ship the items and order pickups. These things take time but we do our best to send your precious grail off as fast as we can.
