Is this the real life?
I stumbled upon Body Squad while I had, as always, great experience with fillers and facials in Dr. Allenby's Cosmetic Medical Spa. I realized, if I take care of my face, I have to take control of my "entire self"!
As an absolute phenom in her own right, I learned
Dr. Allenby founded Body Squad with Bridgette, who is part of the founding team.
After doing research, I found out
Bridgette, who heads up Body Squad is certified by Allergan in Cool Sculpting, which is a plus, aside from being the Operations Director, expert in laser, facials, and medical assistant, who's team is very friendly & knowledgeable. With this in mind, i tried their cool sculpting.
Being very private, gyms are not my thing. I just want to relax & nap while enjoying this service. By the way, as part of their SOP, measurements were taken and documented. After a couple of sessions, I noticed a tightening on my tummy and my clothes fit right. This is amazing!
The mood in the room was very relaxing. The machines, are very clean, floor and everything.
Im so hooked at cool sculpting for the first time, & will be back for other procedures. The team is very friendly and I felt right at home. I am supporting them for the reason that they deserve every bit of care & attention they extended to me. They gave me a "white glove" experience as if I was Royalty.
Not only that, im now inspired to take care of myself so I can take care of my loved ones. Thank you Dr. Allenby and Bridgette for bringing Body Squad to life!

Visiting Body Squad is just delightful. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and not to mention the truly amazing results that I've seen. I did three cycles of the cool tone on my abs and wow. A few weeks later I feel SO strong. It's given me motivation to keep working out so that I can maintain this new muscle. I really noticed it in yoga class- I can now hold boat pose and my planks for a lot longer. It really feels so good and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to turn up their muscle tone.

I went in for a session of Cool Tone extremely impressed with how professional everything was from start to finish. The place is gorgeous and the staff was so accommodating. Haley helped us out and was the sweetest. She made sure to take all safety precautions once we entered by taking our temperature etc. Everything was so clean too. She made me feel so comfortable and answered any and all questions that I had. The whole experience was incredible and highly recommend it. I mean who doesn't love being able to do 20,000 crunches In 3 mins?

Nadja is wonderful and Hailey is so welcoming.
Everything was spotless, as per usual.
