She has successfully transformed lives, elevated careers, supported couples and families -- and taken the power-house-brains of professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and creatives, to the next level.
Mac has a BA in communications with a focus in interpersonal dynamics, and is certified in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Suicide Prevention, and Personal Training.
When Mac is not working with her clients, she spends her free time reading, lifting, doing yoga, and spending quality time with her family and friends... and head-banging a little too hard at concerts.
