This class will be incorporating two different types of movement practices: animal flow & kettlebells. Focus on building strength from the ground up. Improve coordination, dexterity and strength with ground based animal movements and explosive kettlebell exercises.
- Open space - Towel & water bottle - A mat - One medium to heavy kettlebell (dumbbell, water jug, or book bag can also work)
