o Bio-Mat/Far Infared Light Therapy: An FDA approved therapy developed by the NASA space program using far infrared light waves. The light waves penetrate the body to increase cellular function, blood circulation, and lymphatic flow. Benefits include, but are not limited to, stress reduction and pain management. o Energy Balancing: Technique used for the healing and balancing of body, mind, and spirit. Reiki (the use of universal life energy to flow through the affected areas of the body), may include the use of the Bio-Mat.
o Kinesiology Taping: Kinesiology Tape is an improved version of elastic sports tape that acts to dynamically assist your muscle function. Different techniques of taping may be used to support or stabilize an injury and relieve pain to an affected area.
o Other Manual Therapies: Other therapies may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, mechanical traction, and flexion-distraction utilized in conjunction to your chiropractic adjustment.
