College pride is on the line this Saturday as INTENNSE hosts its first-ever College Coaches Dual at the INTENNSE™ Arena. The event brings together 14 of the nation's leading collegiate tennis coaches. Twelve coaches—six men and six women—will compete in head-to-head matches, while the remaining two will serve as coaches. With INTENNSE poised for expansion in 2026 and the introduction of a college draft, college coaches play a pivotal role in identifying the next generation of professional talent. This event highlights the league’s commitment to making collegiate athletes the backbone of INTENNSE—and their coaches the bridge to reaching them. “It’s great to see the names that have registered, representing some of the top NCAA tennis programs in the country,” said INTENNSE Director of Player Relations, Jean-Yves Aubone. “By stepping onto the court themselves, these coaches are showing their players that INTENNSE is a viable and exciting pathway to professional tennis.” “I’m excited to play in the new INTENNSE league to see what the hype is all about,” Drake Bernstein, Head Coach, Women’s Tennis, University of Georgia. “It has been fantastic to see many former collegiate players getting the opportunity to remain sharp competitively and use the league as a way to continue their tennis journey.” This weekend’s action will be streamed live starting at 2PM ET on Cracked Racquets YouTube account. A record-setting performance. A gutsy comeback. A top-of-the-league showdown that lived up to the hype. On Sunday night at INTENNSE Arena, Team Jacksonville took down Team Atlanta 208–191 in one of the most electrifying Duals of the season — led by a dominant 83-point effort from Sam Nicholson in Men’s Singles. Despite a furious rally from Atlanta, including a clutch performance by Stanford University Alumna and Team Captain Michaela Gordon in Women's Singles, and a big Doubles push. Jacksonville held on to claim first place in the INTENNSE standings heading into the second half of the season. 📲 Read the full match recap here: https://lnkd.in/dYnBtpcY Triple B | INTENNSE #INTENNSE #TeamTennis #SportsLeadership #AthleteDevelopment #TennisInnovation #SportsBusiness #LinkedInSports #AtlantaTennis #AtlantaBusiness

Yes. Local matters. Community matters. This is how sports grow and build lasting loyalty.
Community is key for growth 🗝️ Sports are Local! We want more accessibility, engagement, and connection! 🌐 INTENNSE Pro League is only one part of the ecosystem we are creating and the community is coming together with it. Some numbers it may be interesting to digest: 🎾 Despite global tennis visibility, 70% of youth drop out of tennis by age 13 due to lack of access, fun, or connection —USTA Participation & Retention Report 📍 65% of global kids aged 4–13 have a fandom, and most form lifelong team preferences by age 8–10—meaning community-based engagement is the most critical entry point to lasting loyalty. —Kids Industries Global Fandom Study, 2024 🤝 70% of fans say community involvement increases their connection to a team, and they are 3x more likely to stay loyal to teams that support local initiatives. —Nielsen Sports Global Fan Insights Report 🧠 Youth who participate in local sports programs show 10% lower anxiety and are 46% more likely to have strong school attendance—proving community leagues improve lives beyond sport. —NIH Youth Sports Impact Study, 2022 💵 Local sports events (like youth leagues or amateur tournaments) generate $4–6 return for every $1 invested, through tourism, small business revenue, and social cohesion. —SportsEvents Media Group Economic Impact Review, 2023

Team Tampa turned INTENNSE Arena into a proving ground last night. After four consecutive losses and two stinging defeats at the hands of Team Jacksonville, Head Coach Yelena Labat's squad finally put all the pieces together. The result was a hard-fought, high-stakes 207–198 victory, Tampa’s first of the season, and a clear sign that their season is far from over. Former WTA World No. 24, Christina McHale, made her debut for the Challenge Team, becoming the highest-ranked player to compete in the INTENNSE Challenge Series. The Challenge team, led by former The University of Georgia Head Coach Manny Diaz, fell to the Atlanta squad and his former player, Trent Bryde, 225-179. We are back live today on Twitch (https://lnkd.in/eD4SDgSQ) and YouTube (https://lnkd.in/eQEBXinX), with pre-match coverage starting at 1:30 PM ET, followed by Atlanta vs. Jacksonville. #TENNIS #NCAA #WTA Triple B

Week 3 at INTENNSE✅ Teams are KEY to success! My take on the Why? 💕 Belonging: Humans naturally seek identity within groups. Supporting or being part of a team taps into instincts. 🔥 Shared Emotion: Wins and losses feel more meaningful when they're collective — joy and heartbreak are amplified in a group setting. 📖 Storytelling: Teams create richer narratives — rivalries, underdogs, loyalty, redemption — all more powerful than individual streaks alone. 🫱 🫲 Participation: As fans, we’re not just watching — we’re wearing the colors, chanting, posting, defending our side. ❤️ Fan Loyalty: City & Team-based (legacy-driven) vs. Player based (fluctuates)👟
