Your Safety and Well Being Is Our Top Priority 

Our number one priority is ensuring your safety and well being at our training courses. There are measures currently in place at our training venues to safeguard your well being.  

These measures include: 

- Hygiene measures including hand sanitisation stations and provision of face masks if required by any learners throughout the course duration 

- Signed declaration from course participants and trainer/s about their recent travel history and destinations  

- Our event services teams are on hand in advance and onsite for any questions and clarification and for further information 
 

We also closely follow all official health and travel guidance, precautions and recommendations from the World Health Organisation and local government authorities, and simultaneously encourage our learners to do the same.

Registering for Our Courses with Confidence 

The COVID-19 situation is evolving daily, and we want you to feel totally confident about registering for our current and future training courses in 2020.  

- If we need to reschedule a training course, we will simply roll over your registration to the new course date or another relevant course of your interest. 

- If you are unable to attend a training course due to last minute travel restrictions, we will simply roll over your registration to a new course date or another relevant course of your interest. 

- If you are unable to attend a training course, the registration is transferable to other persons in the same company or he/ she can choose to attend another relevant course of his/ her interest.

- If the trainer is unable to deliver a training course due to last minute travel restrictions, we will simply roll over your registration to a new course date or another relevant course of your interest. 

If we are unable to run the training course again in the next 12 months, you will be entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
