1. What is preorder?
Pre-order means you’re buying a product that is not yet available in our warehouse. We wanted to offer the latest merch on demand so we conduct group purchase of limited editions and exclusive merchandise from time to time.
2. How to order?
* Ask for a price quote by sending the ff details to us via FB messenger:
-Link of the item you're interested
-Item name with size and color if applicable
* submit an order form with your payment receipt. (see bottom part for the link)
* we'll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
3. What are the payment options?
BANK DEPOSIT, PAYMENT CENTER, GCASH/PAYMAYA, CREDIT CARD via PayPal

4. When will I receive my order?
Once order has been purchased, it normally takes 3 to 7 days for the vendor to process it (subject for delay).
Orders typically arrive in our Taguig warehouse in 2 to 3 weeks after the vendor has shipped the order.
5. How will I receive my order?
We use local couriers such as LBC Grab Lalamove Ninjavan for shipping.
We also do meetup in Market Market (Taguig) every week.
6. Can I pay downpayment by meetup?
No. Meetup is exclusive for order pick up only but you can pay your remaining balance upon meetup.
6. Can I cancel/change my order?
Due to the expensive cost of returning items to US or UK, we don't allow order cancellation after it has been purchased.
7. When can I pay my remaining balance?
You can pay it any time or until your order has arrived in our warehouse.
We require fullpayment before we ship the orders to your address. We will notify you via text once your order is ready for shipping/pickup.
Please note that we charge storage fees for items that are unclaimed for more than 15 days.
8. Do you accept COD?
Yes and No.
Yes if you're buying from our ON HAND catalog.
No for PREORDER.
9. Do you accept special orders?
Yes. Refer to # 2.
