Trained and collaborated with local teachers to create a student-centered, culturally appropriate learning environment. Spearheaded an international letter-writing campaign resulting in no-cost English Resource center of donated books. Wrote a grant and used the funds to design and lead a multi-day, multi-event English language learning festival that included 25 local volunteers and involved 600 student participants.
