It was just me. Now there are 6 of us. At the start of the year, I was used to being a do-er. I was the only memeber of the writing team! So when our team started to grow, my instinct was to step in if anything was hard or new. To do it myself. But I learned quickly that making life easy for my team wasn't empowering them to grow. So I shifted my mindset. I focused on supporting and empowering my team to do the hard stuff. So I'll keep creating space for my team to grow their confidence and skills in 2025. Because watching them thrive is even more rewarding than doing it all myself. - Note from Char

A year ago, I was the intern. Learning the ropes. Finding my feet. Soaking up as much knowledge as I could. Fast forward to this year, and I’m the first intern-turned-employee. The youngest team member at TAS! So when two of my colleagues left and I was handed the responsibility of managing major accounts, It felt daunting. But it quickly became a defining experience. I leaned into the challenge, And learned how to navigate high-pressure situations with a calm, solution-focused mindset. This taught me to truly appreciate opportunities to prove myself. Because they’ve made me more resilient, more cable, and more confident in my role. So, I'm pleased with how far I've come this last year. How much I've grown! I’ve discovered the value of teamwork, the power of trust, And the importance of stepping outside my comfort zone. Because I was given the chance to show what I’m capable of. And for that, I’m so thankful! - Note from Brooke

It got over a million views. Actually, two videos did! This year I started as a video editor at TAS. I didn't consider myself qualified. No formal training. No university degree in the subject. So accepting the role was daunting. But I grew into it. I committed myself to learning, using platforms like YouTube to teach myself. And followed guidance from the rest of the video team, who have supported me on this journey. It's been a huge year of growth, and I've loved it. From experimenting with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and TikTok to changing my approach for each unique video, It's always satisfying to look at a finished edit and think, 𝘞𝘰𝘸, 𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵! And when I hit the significant milestone of editing a video that got over a million views, I was so proud. Because I've accomplished so much in a year, completely changing my career, And I'm so excited to keep improving and growing in 2026. - Note from David
