Consultation Fees for 2025-26

Fees applicable for therapy and counselling sessions with Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists and Holistic Counsellors at Potentialz Unlimited from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Fees applicable for psychological assessments and reports vary from case to case. Get in touch with the practice to know more.

From 01 July 2025, Medicare Rebates for Clinical Psychologists per session is $145.25 and for a Registered Psychologist is $98.95. Under existing Medicare rules, you can claim rebates for 10 psychology sessions per year. For patients with Eating Disorders and Chronic Diseases, more sessions are available from Medicare. Please discuss with your GP if you qualify.

Medicare Rebates are only available for individual therapy sessions and offered only by Clinical and Registered Psychologists at the practice. So they are not applicable for Samita, who is a Holistic Counsellor. To claim Medicare Rebates you have to provide us a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan.

Fees for referrals under VCT (Victims NSW), WorkCover, CTP, NDIS remain the same and are paid by the respective agencies (other than self-managed NDIS clients, who pay themselves and claim back from NDIS) as per their scheduled rates.

IMPORTANT - We don't BULK BILL and we don't take ATAPS clients.
