A lot of people are getting Airtracks these days, so you have most likely heard the word before. But what exactly is an Air track and why do people use them? To make it short - an Airtrack is a gymnastic mat filled with compressed air. This makes it soft to land on when failing a jump or training new jumps. But it also gives you a big boost in height when doing jumps and flips on it. Depending on how thick a model you use, you can get up to 50% additional height on your jumps which makes it much easier to learn new stuff, or do more complexed series of jumps. Basically it makes any type of training that involves jumps a lot more fun.
